HEART FEELINGS

There is a deep fear that occurs in the hearts and minds of loving people when they here the word cancer.

The closer the cancer is to the hearer the deeper the fear goes. Anger is the opposiste of love but that does not mean that it is not grounded in love. Of the many feelings you will feel intermingled with your cancer diagnosis, anger will emerge eventually if not right away.

When I fall into fear I repeat to myself either silently or aloud "I TRUST GOD I DO NOT TRUST FEAR"

There is a power to allowing another person to hold the power of TRUST for us. We all learn to trust our parents and this TRUST is born directly out of that experience. We TRUST them to feed us and keep us dry and safe. So the practice of TRUST can be a very easy thing to do.
